From an unknown date until on or around 25 July 2023, whilst a full member of AAT, Mr Andrew Webb provided Payroll and Business Income Tax outside the scope of his licence.
From an unknown date until on or around 25 July 2023, whilst a full member of AAT, Mr Andrew Webb failed to issue letters of engagement to one or more clients, in accordance with AAT’s Client Care policy.
From an unknown date until on or around 25 July 2023, whilst a full member of AAT, Mr Andrew Webb did not have sufficient Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) in accordance with AAT’s Professional Indemnity Insurance policy.

Finding

By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Mr Andrew Webb is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.

Order

The Investigation Team orders that Mr Andrew Webb be:
1. Fined £4,000
2. Reprimanded for two years

Consent

The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
